An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Employment Associate to join a leading City firm within its top-tier Employment practice. The team handles a variety of employment matters, including complex Employment Tribunal claims involving elements of discrimination, harassment, and unfair dismissal. They are also well versed in investigations, senior exits, and TUPE transfers.
The team provides employment advice as part of transactions, working with corporate colleagues to highlight material employment law risks and mitigate them through the negotiation of appropriate indemnities, warranties, and other provisions.
Experience required:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* 1–2years’ PQE with experience gained in a leading employment practice.
* Corporate support experience is essential.
* Ability to provide clear, practical advice
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic
