Recognised with the Global AI Excellence Award, we are scaling internationally with a mission to transform how institutions adopt AI responsibly.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Co-Founder / Developer to join at a shareholder level. This is a founding equity position, offering ownership in the Institute and a seat at the table in shaping its future. You will collaborate directly with the Founder and other AI Educators to build the technical backbone of our platform and scale operations globally.
Responsibilities
* Lead development of AI-driven educational tools and platforms
* Architect modular codebases, Git repositories, and cloud integration workflows
* Build dynamic onboarding packs and compliance-ready documentation
* Contribute to governance modules, safeguarding-first design, and branding strategy
* Participate in strategic decision-making and shareholder governance
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong background in software development (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Git repository management
* Knowledge of modular code design and workflow automation
* Familiarity with open-source licensing (MIT, Apache 2.0) and compliance frameworks
* Ability to prototype rapidly and iterate on dynamic UI/UX designs
* Bonus: Interest in AI/ML, safeguarding-first education, or compliance-driven systems
