Sales Executive - Midlands Expansion
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 basic + OTE up to double basic (uncapped commission)

The Role of the Sales Executive.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in establishing and growing relationships across the Midlands, identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored structural warranty solutions to developers, contractors and associated professionals. This is a consultative, B2B role requiring commercial insight, confidence in discussing technical products, and a passion for building long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive
* Generate new business through targeted outreach, networking and relationship building
* Qualify prospects, understand project requirements, and assess build‑cost and risk profiles
* Present warranty and insurance solutions with clarity, confidence and credibility
* Manage relationships through the full sales cycle — from initial enquiry to policy inception
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
* Attend industry events, client meetings and site visits across the Midlands
* Contribute to the strategic growth of the regional sales function
About You
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within construction insurance, property finance, or related built‑environment sectors (other backgrounds considered for standout personalities)
* Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
* Commercially astute, confident and consultative in approach
* Self‑motivated, ambitious and resilient in a target‑driven environment
* Able to build credibility and trust with professional clients
Preferred (not essential)
* Experience within structural warranties, latent defects insurance, or construction risk
* Existing developer or broker relationships in the Midlands region
