Role: HR Officer - Permanent - Enniskillen Job Overview VANRATH is delighted to support a leading business in Enniskillen to recruit an HR Officer. You will be supporting key HR activities such as recruitment, absence tracking, and staff development-ensuring compliance and contributing to a positive, well-run workplace; As well as managing accurate and timely payroll. Salary: Highly competitive Full time, Permanent Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate recruitment and onboarding to ensure an effective and positive hiring experience. Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, leave, and personnel files. Support performance management through appraisals, goal setting, and employee guidance. Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters. Accurately process payroll in compliance with legal and company requirements. Maintain up-to-date payroll records and resolve payroll-related queries or discrepancies. Prepare payroll and HR reports, and assist with internal and external audits. Organise and monitor training activities, ensuring alignment with company needs and standards. Essential Criteria: A relevant third-level qualification, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and analyse information to support decisions Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organisation High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling payroll data and employee records Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for data management, communication, and documentation Capable of working effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities Maintains strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive or personal information Demonstrates a proactive and professional approach to work, supporting a high standard of service delivery For further information on this job, or any other HR role in Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ryan Sykes for a confidential chat today.
