You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, learning and development, and general HR operations, ensuring smooth delivery of people processes across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support Coordinate recruitment activity between HR Business Partners, hiring managers, agencies and candidates Schedule interviews, book meeting rooms and manage communications Support onboarding processes, including drafting offer letters and contracts Process right to work checks, baseline security clearances and IR35 assessments Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate records Provide timely feedback to candidates and agencies Learning & Development Support Coordinate induction sessions for new starters Support administration of e-learning platforms Arrange training sessions, invitations and room bookings Maintain and update training records General HR Support Provide administrative support to the wider People and Culture team Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR database entries Assist with HR initiatives and implementation of new systems and processes Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Ensure HR data is managed accurately and in line with GDPR About You We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised with strong administrative skills Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels Detail-oriented, with excellent accuracy Interested in developing a career in HR / People and Culture Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous HR or recruitment administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
