Overview
11 to 16 hours per week are available on a shift-based system. We are currently seeking cover for Monday evenings, alternate Friday evenings, and Saturday shifts. Additional hours may be available through the delivery of fitness services such as Personal Training and Group Exercise Classes.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual dedicated to providing excellent customer service to join our Health and Fitness Centre team.
About the facility
Cheltenham Ladies’ College has recently invested significantly in its sporting facilities through the development of a new Health and Fitness Centre. This state-of-the-art facility is used by College pupils as part of their Sport and Physical Activity programme, as well as during their leisure time. In addition, the Centre operates as a members-only club, providing access to the wider community.
Responsibilities
* leading inductions
* creating personalised programmes using our Technogym app
* delivering small group sessions on the gym floor or in our class studios
* supervise the Health & Fitness Centre (HFC) to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all users, offering guidance and advice as needed
As a member of the support staff, you will be part of a large and friendly community of professionals who support our pupils’ education and experience. Out of a total of approximately 650 staff, around 400 are in non-teaching roles, which means you’ll join a significant team that underpins the success of College.
