Bellamianta, a leading name in tanning and cosmetics, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cross - Border Sales Executive to grow and manage cross border sales across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding business, working with some of the biggest retailers and partners in the beauty industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and excellent analytical skills. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Grow and manage sales across both N. Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals, to drive growth in both markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners and distributors to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity and market trends to gain insight and understanding of the direction the market is taking.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns, and with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions and sales campaigns.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Represent Bellamianta at trade shows, events and retailer meetings.
* Provide regular reports to senior management on performance and opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within the beauty industry, cosmetics or FMCG, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong analytical skills to assess data for both NI and ROI retail markets and identify growth opportunities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive attitude, self - motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland as and when required.
Desirable:
* Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing or Sales.
* Experience working with cross-border accounts and knowledge of cross-border trade would be beneficial.
