About the Role
Are you a driven and personable sales professional with a passion for property? We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Developments team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting and selling new homes, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell new homes within an assigned territory.
* Support site-specific sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
* Build and maintain a strong customer base and sales pipeline.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Places Developments and the wider Places for People Group.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, including reservations and legal progression.
* Identify and resolve issues within the reservation process.
* Provide accurate forecasting and weekly sales status updates.
* Promote and record customer specification choices and “Sales Extras.”
* Respond promptly to sales inquiries and ensure customer expectations are met.
* Recommend improvements to systems and service levels.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
* Previous experience in selling shared ownership homes.
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of market trends.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
* Passion for customer service and experience handling customer queries and complaints.
Preferred:
* Responsiveness to internal and external inquiries.
* Sales experience in new homes, ideally with Shared Ownership.
* Understanding of the legal process from reservation to exchange.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* IT literacy.
