We are working with a leading financial institution and seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join the legal team. This is a broad and high-profile role, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing advice on complex employment law issues
* Managing employment tribunal claims and partnering with HR and business stakeholders on contentious matters and investigations.
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies.
* Monitoring and interpreting employment-related regulatory changes.
Skills required:
* Qualified lawyer with at 3+ years PQE in employment law, gained in a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
* Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
* Background in financial services or another regulated environment is desirable.
