About Our Client

Job Description
3. Lead and manage Site Managers and operational teams delivering planned maintenance works
4. Oversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within social housing properties
5. Ensure contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectations
6. Monitor performance against KPIs, driving continuous improvement
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders
8. Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
9. Manage programme planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance
10. Contribute to commercial performance, including cost control and value optimisation
The Successful Applicant
11. Proven experience in a Contract Manager/Site Manager role within social housing or planned maintenance
12. Strong track record delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes
13. Experience managing site teams and operational staff
14. Proven leadership, communication, and management skills
15. Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements

16. £55k-£60k base salary
17. £6,500 car allowance or company car
