Role Overview
As a Housing Site Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, high-quality and profitable delivery of private family homes. It is expected that you will support with management of these projects in a professional and diligent manner, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.

What you'll bring
As a Housing Site Manager your main skills and experience will include:
1. At least 5 years’ experience in the management of housing construction sites and projects.
2. Experience in the delivery of Timber Frame construction.
3. Chartered CIOB Membership or progressing towards this.
4. Experience of delivering residential schemes to NHBC Best Practice standards or equivalent (such as ICW or Global Homes).
5. A positive awareness of the Commercial Management of site issues.
6. Site Management Safety Training Scheme (5-day SMSTS).
7. CSR/CSCS Qualification or equivalent.
8. Strong capabilities with relevant IT software.
9. Relevant experience of client and end user engagement.
10. Scaffold inspection training.
11. Qualified first aider.
