B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Kingsditch Retail Park, Cheltenham!
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires flexibility to work shifts during the daytime, evenings, and weekends.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.
You Will Also
* Drive a team to deliver personable, polite, and prompt service in the checkout area
* Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers
* Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
* Coach colleagues to develop the appropriate skills and knowledge
* Ensure company property, cash, and stock are secure at all times
* Contribute to making our stores a fun and welcoming place to work
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused, and driven team players with a passion for retail and delivering excellent service.
It is essential that applicants have the following:
* Experience managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong numerical and problem-solving skills

* The ability to think quickly and adapt
