The role involves working in the main production kitchen to provide quality and nutritious meals for patients, staff and visitors.
This position is temporary, maternity cover with 34.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 06:00–12:55. The successful applicant should be able to handle large-volume production, follow exact specifications and procedures, and work well within a large team.

* Previous experience in a busy catering environment
* Knowledge of HACCP procedures
