Your new role As a Structures Coordinator, you will provide vital support to the Head of Structures & Third-Party Works and the wider team. While the role is primarily administrative, it requires strong technical skills Key responsibilities include: Coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, recording actions, and ensuring timely follow-up. Managing safety incident reporting and departmental inputs to incident trackers. Assisting with safety communications and policy development. Organising departmental training requirements and maintaining competency records. Supporting document management, record disposal, and SharePoint development. Preparing monthly KPI updates and progress reports. Acting as the first point of contact for the department and providing general administrative support. What you'll need to succeed Essential: Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative and/or technical roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint). Experience supporting management with diary management, meeting arrangements, and minute taking. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and accurately. Desirable: Experience in a safety-focused environment. Knowledge of civil construction or engineering sectors. Familiarity with document management systems. Customer service experience with internal and external stakeholders.
