1. Position: Car Sales Executive
2. Location: Dunstable
3. Basic Salary: Circa £20,000
4. OTE: £40,000 - £50,000+
5. Week 1: 6-day working week (1 weekday off)
6. Week 2: 5-day working week (1 weekday off + Sunday off)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Sales Executive to join a well-established and successful independent dealership based in the Bedfordshire area.
This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering a high level of service throughout the customer journey.
Strong earning potential is available through an uncapped commission structure alongside a consistent flow of enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
7. Supporting customers through the full vehicle purchasing process
8. Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles
9. Presenting finance, warranty, and add-on products where appropriate
10. Negotiating sales and part exchange agreements
11. Delivering excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to handover
12. Supporting with vehicle deliveries and general showroom duties
13. Working towards individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
14. Previous experience in automotive sales is essential
15. Full UK driving licence required
16. Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
17. Target-driven with a strong desire to maximise earnings
18. Professional, organised, and customer-focused approach
19. Comfortable using dealership systems and digital tools
20. Strong team player with a proactive attitude
