Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting to the HR and Health & Safety Manager, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth processes and accurate record-keeping. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within HR and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with HR queries that come into the HR mailbox daily.
- Provide support to the HR Manager and HR Advisors in their duties.
- Answer calls from internal and external customers in relation to HR queries and help find resolutions.
- Draft and issue HR letters and correspondence.
- Produce reports (Night workers, Under 18s, 48-hour opt-out, visa reports), analyse the data, and flag concerns.
- Prepare ELI spreadsheets for TUPE transfers.
- Create and send mail merges as required.
- Support the HR Advisors with the Long-Term Sick process.
- Track outstanding risk assessments and request them from Account Managers.
- Update HR systems (e.g., Timegate) with accurate data.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR administration is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
Pay & Hours:
- £26,500 – £27,500 per annum (DOE)
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (one hour paid lunch)
