Employment Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Norfolk, GBP Competitive (DOE) : Are you a driven Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a proactive and confident lawyer to join this growing Employment Law team as part of long:term succession planning. JOB REF: 0984.
THE ROLE:
- You will play a key role in advising a varied client base on a full spectrum of employment law issues.
- You'll be advising on and handling a varied caseload of employment related matters including both contentious and non:contentious related employment cases.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A qualified solicitor with 2+ years' post:qualification experience in employment law
- More experienced Employment Lawyers looking for the next step in their career are also encouraged .
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client:care skills
- A solid track record of running your own caseload
- Confident handling contentious matters including Employment Tribunal cases
- A team player who is also capable of working independently
- A genuine interest in supporting employee rights and navigating complex workplace issues
