We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT A commercial fit-out project in Blackfriars. This is a great opportunity for someone who delivers well-run sites and is looking for ongoing work beyond the initial project.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day site management
Managing subcontractors and programme
Ensuring health & safety compliance
Liaising with the project team and client
Driving quality and timely delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering CAT A commercial fit-outs
SMSTS, CSCS & FIRST AID
Strong communication and organisational skills
