About the Internal Recruiter Role As a key member of the HR team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will: Lead recruitment campaigns across all levels, providing expert advice and guidance to hiring managers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver effective recruitment solutions. Oversee the daily operation of the agency master vendor contract. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who: Proactively build strong relationships and networks. Provide professional, confident advice both in person and online. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills. Have experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within social care or a similar field. Understand recruitment legislation, policies, and best practices.
