What You Will Be Doing:

As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring engineering talents for various positions within Alten. This involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing Recruitment Strategies:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and department needs.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Utilise various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, career fairs, networking events, and employee referrals.
* Sourcing and Screening:
* Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
* Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
* Interviewing:
* Coordinate the recruitment process with candidates, involving relevant team members as needed.
* Managing Candidate Experience:
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
* Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
* Communicate the company's values and culture effectively.
* Data Management and Reporting:
* Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness.
Who We Are Looking For:
* Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience, preferably in engineering or technology sectors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment & eagerness to convince stakeholders.
