This City-based full-service law firm is seeking a Senior Associate/Legal Director to join its Chambers/Legal 500 ranked employment team.
Working with a range of clients including multinationals, start-ups, SMEs, family companies, senior executives, and individuals, the team advises on the full spectrum of employment issues, including:
1. Working with senior executives and individuals, including advising on grievance/disciplinary matters, whistleblowing, discrimination, harassment, victimisation, and unfair dismissal.
2. Providing advice from an employment perspective on reorganisations, corporate transactions, restructurings, redundancies, and TUPE.
3. Advising employers on HR procedures, employment documentation, dismissal, performance and capability management, restrictive covenants, and resolving employment disputes.
You will be a senior employment lawyer who enjoys both the legal aspects of the role and being involved in business and practice development.
