Overview
Transaction Network Services (TNS) is a leading global provider of data communications and interoperability solutions. We are looking for a HR Administrator to cover maternity leave. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, the HR Administrator will be responsible for providing an efficient, accurate and timely administrative support service to the business.
Responsibilities
* New hire referencing
* Administrative support for the Recruitment process
* Maintaining HRIS - Workday
* On-boarding and offboarding
* HR documentation – offer letters, contracts of employment, changes to terms letters
* Collation of payroll information
* Reporting
* Maintain the HR Intranet page
* Administration and monitoring of employee benefits including eye care voucher scheme, childcare voucher scheme, etc.
Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience providing administrative support in a HR Team.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and work to tight timescales but must also be versatile and flexible to perform other duties as and when required.
* A good level of IT literacy (MS Office) is essential for this role.
* Experience with Workday (desired)
