Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northampton for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships, and promoting McCarthy Hire's LEV and air quality solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, preparing quotations, negotiating, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in internal sales, account management or customer service
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in generating leads and achieving sales targets
* Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
* Knowledge of LEV systems and air quality control solutions, or a willingness to learn
* Proficiency in managing customer accounts and using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
* Proactive nature and able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
