Job Title: Site Manager (Schools)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to work within school settings in the Moseley area. The successful candidate must have proven experience as a Site Manager in schools and a strong understanding of maintaining safe, secure, and well-managed educational environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of school premises, including security, health & safety, and maintenance
* Opening and closing the site, including alarm systems
* Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and liaising with contractors
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and school policies
* Maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented facilities for staff, pupils, and visitors
* Supporting the smooth running of the school during term time and holidays
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Site Manager in a school environment (essential)
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
* Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures within schools
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
* Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive approach
Desirable
* Relevant site management or facilities qualifications
* Experience working across multiple school sites
