Bell Cornwall Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of a well-established organisation within the children's services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy HR team in Coventry.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting recruitment activity from application through to appointment and onboarding
Coordinating interviews, recruitment campaigns, and recruitment administration
Preparing contracts, offer letters, and recruitment documentation
Processing safer recruitment checks, including DBS applications and references
Maintaining accurate HR systems, personnel files, and recruitment trackers
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
Previous HR or recruitment administration experience
CIPD Level 3 qualification
The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
