With a strong reputation in the foodservice industry and ambitious growth plans, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead our Newcastle site.
As Site Manager – Operations, you will take full responsibility for the performance and leadership of the Newcastle site. This includes oversight of all key functions – Delivery, Office, Sales, Stock Control, Warehouse, and Security of the premises– ensuring they are managed to the highest operational standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage site operations in line with company objectives.
2. Inspire, motivate, and develop diverse teams to achieve short- and long-term targets.
3. Maintain and enhance customer service standards across all areas of the site.
4. Drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
5. Protect company premises, assets, and stock through effective security and control measures.
6. Monitor performance, implement improvements, and report progress to senior leadership.
7. Act as the senior leader on-site, representing JJ Food Service values at all times.
About You

8. Proven experience in site, branch, or operations management (preferably in foodservice, wholesale, or logistics).
9. A track record of leading and developing large, multi-department teams.
