Our Inside Sales Advisors have a typical OTE of £35,000, with some earning over £40,000.
Position Purpose
Represent the company's interests in auto sales, promoting our services to customers and prospects. Initiate first contact with potential customers to promote Shred-it's automatic destruction services, liaising with account teams for large orders.
Key Job Activities
1. Conduct high-volume sales calls (outbound and inbound), soliciting services based on targeting metrics.
2. Manage a pipeline of prospective customers and leads efficiently.
3. Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records using CRM systems like Salesforce.
4. Achieve or exceed activity and productivity targets.
5. Negotiate sales following designated processes and company policies.
6. Review goals with team leaders to ensure targets are met.
7. Stay updated on market conditions to optimize market positioning.
8. Provide feedback to sales leadership based on client insights.
9. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and uphold high customer service standards.
10. Become a Subject Matter Expert on our range of services.
Education & Experience
Required: High School or equivalent. Preferred: Associate's degree or similar. 0-1 year of relevant experience. Basic computer literacy, proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce preferred. Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to operate under pressure in a target-driven environment.
