The role Work closely with hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and workforce planning. Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and documentation. Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting. Assist with policy development, document control, and HR templates. Coordinate training initiatives and support performance management processes. Promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and a positive workplace culture. About you: CIPD Level 5 or higher, or relevant qualification. Knowledge of employment law (ROI and/or NI).
