We’re recruiting for a HR Manager – Apprenticeship & Future Skills (Learning & Development) to join our Human Resources team.
The HR Manager will lead the development and implementation of learning programmes including apprenticeships, graduate schemes and other professional education programmes. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to help align the workforce capability with business goals, championing for continuous improvement, and evolving learning practises.
Overseeing the planning and delivery of training across all levels, including leadership development, the HR Manager will manage the learning and development budgets to ensure this is aligned with the HPUK business plan. This role including line management of HR Advisor, Learning and Development.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development or Apprenticeship programme Management, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management and engagement skills.
