We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Culinary Professional. Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
* Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all staff and customers.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
* Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
* Serve meals to customers, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen setting.
* Strong culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in meal preparation.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring high standards are met consistently.
