Job Title: Site Manager - CSCS Black Card Holder Location: Leicester Project: Healthcare Project Rate: £260 - £280 per day We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Construction project project in Leicester, this will be working on a healthcare project. Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard Managing snagging lists and quality control Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on a healthcare project.
