International Property Media is hiring Property Awards Sales Executives to work in our Chelmsford, Essex and Newcastle locations on a salary plus uncapped commission basis. We are inviting confident professionals with excellent communication skills to be part of an exciting sales environment that supports and rewards the global property industry.

Role Responsibilities – Sales Executive
 * Speak to international prospects, introduce the International Property Awards, encourage them to enter their projects and represent their region.
 * Research potential new prospects and follow up on existing leads.
 * Build your pipeline with successful clients for a range of products, including Awards presentations, events, advertising in winner publications and our magazine International Property & Travel.
 * Build and manage your client base and reapproach for subsequent yearly cycles of The International Property Awards.
Requirements - Sales Executive
 * A background in sales is preferable, but we welcome candidates with eagerness to learn and a desire to succeed.
 * Target driven and self-motivated.
 * Excellent communication skills; good telephone manner and strong spoken and written English.
 * Due to the international nature of the business, flexibility is required with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
 * Additional languages are useful but not essential.
