Site Manager – Valley Primary School
Location: Old Lode Lane, Solihull, B92 8LW. Contract: Permanent. Salary: Band C £26,824 – £29,540. Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hrs per week, all year round. Starting: ASAP. Closing date for applications: 14th January 2026.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Business Manager to manage the security and maintenance of the school.
* Lead and support the operations team to meet the varied nature of the role.
Qualifications
* Very organised and practical with hands‑on skills.
* Positive outlook, reliable and flexible attitude.
* Resilient, hard‑working and able to build and maintain strong relationships across the school.
* Works well as part of a team and is enthusiastic and caring.
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
* Willing to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
