This role comes with a £25,000 basic salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, with realistic earnings well in excess of our £48,000 on‑target level, plus a company car and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll work a 40‑hour week across five 8‑hour shifts. While you’ll be in most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), you’ll enjoy a guaranteed weekday off, and with the dealership closed every Sunday, you can rely on a regular day to relax and recharge. About the role As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a premium, end‑to‑end customer experience. From first enquiry to vehicle handover, you’ll guide customers through a smooth and enjoyable car‑buying journey, building trust, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. You’ll receive full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme, giving you the tools, confidence and support needed to maximise your performance and earning potential.
