Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Proactive Sales Executive to support the growth of our trade customer base. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service, identify opportunities through data insights, and implement contact strategies to strengthen relationships and achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities

* Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize placement of pattern books and engage trade customers.
* Contact customers to review performance, understand projects, and promote collections.
* Understand customer needs to maximize sales opportunities.
* Secure future business through excellent service and support.
* Create and deliver a customer contact strategy using all contact tools.
* Provide world-class customer service to maximize sales opportunities.
* Input customer feedback into CRM.
* Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure order accuracy.
* Follow up on calls/emails.
* Analyze performance and provide data insights.
* Submit regular reports and monitor sales performance.
* Complete all administrative tasks.
* Meet personal sales targets.
* Employ effective sales techniques to promote, upsell, and cross-sell products.


Measures of Success

* Achievement of sales budget and year-over-year growth.
* Adherence to expenditure budgets.
* Number of calls and emails per day.
* Sales success relative to budgeted plans.


Connecting with Others

* Work with sales colleagues, customers, customer service, finance, and senior management to ensure performance and relationship management.


Skills & Experience

* Proven sales experience, preferably in call centers or mail order.
* Strong business sense and industry knowledge.
* Experience with product knowledge and building long-term relationships.
* Self-driven, results-oriented, positive attitude.
* CRM and WG360 proficiency.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
