Interim Global Reward & Benefit Manager£350 - £425 per day + holiday pay5 days onsite in Victoria (No flex unfortunately)Immediate start6 months (possibility to go permanent)We're looking for an experienced Interim Global Reward & Benefits Manager to support a range of reward projects across a global organisation.The successful candidate will bring strong end-to-end reward and benefits experience, alongside hands-on Workday expertise, ideally within complex international environments.Key areas of focus are likely to include:EU Pay Transparency readinessAnnual compensation and bonus cyclesPay equity and reward analyticsReward process improvement and governanceWorkday compensation configuration, reporting, and testingWe're looking for someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on, partnering with HR, Finance, HRIS, and senior stakeholders to deliver multiple concurrent projects at pace.Ideal experience:Proven global reward & benefits experienceStrong Workday Compensation/HCM capability, this is essential.Experience managing international reward projectsStrong analytical and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentReady to apply?TPBN1_UKTJ
