We're on the lookout for a dynamic HR Administrator to join our clients expanding team at a thriving food manufacturing business in Northamptonshire.
About the Role:
As the HR Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in our clients busy HR function. You'll be providing administrative support, ensuring our clients HR team, managers, and colleagues receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guiding new starters through contracts and inductions.
2. Keeping your colleagues in the loop with accurate terms and conditions updates.
3. Working closely with payroll to ensure smooth sailing.
4. Championing their colleague engagement initiatives.
5. Maintaining HR systems.
6. Providing invaluable support in disciplinary and grievance processes.
7. Being the go-to for HR queries and general administrative tasks.
About you:
Prior experience in HR administration. Strong communication skills fit for any situation. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Proactivity, positivity, and a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
