The Role:
Working on a significant town centre development, your commitment will be vital to maintaining site efficiency and safety in a high:profile location. Duties will include:
* Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the entire site, including working areas and welfare facilities.
* Assisting all trades (e.g., steel fixers, joiners, bricklayers) with tasks and material fetching.
* Safe manual handling and transport of materials and tools across the site.
* Loading and unloading deliveries carefully and efficiently.
* Strict adherence to all site Health and Safety regulations, particularly in a busy urban setting.
Role Requirements:
* Previous experience in a construction environment is highly desirable.
* A valid CSCS Card is essential for site access.
* Must be physically fit and capable of undertaking demanding manual work.
* Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
* Commitment to the long:term duration of the contract.
* Must have your own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
