Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Udaipur at The Royal Retreat Resort & Spa. As a Human Resources Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration. You will oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and implement performance management programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads to support their staffing and personnel management needs while driving initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
* Expertise in labor law compliance and HR policy development
* Excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills, with a focus on conflict resolution
* Strong experience in creating and implementing training and development programs
* Proficiency in performance management and employee engagement practices
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and decision‑making skills
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) is preferred
* Hospitality or service industry experience is a plus
