Job Title: Fencing Labourer

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company based in Blaby, Leicestershire, for a reliable and hardworking Fencing Labourer. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure consistent, full-time work within the fencing and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the installation of various types of fencing (timber, metal, security fencing, etc.)
* Preparing sites, including digging post holes and clearing ground
* Loading and unloading materials and tools
* Supporting skilled tradespeople on-site
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site regulations
* Maintaining tools and equipment
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Card (essential)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Previous experience in fencing, construction, or general labouring preferred but not essential
* Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
* Strong work ethic and reliability
