Randstad CPE is looking to onboard Site Managers in Berkshire to support residential new builds across the county.

* Job Title: Site Manager – New Build Residential
* Location: Reading / Bracknell, Berkshire (site-based)
* Pay: GBP 200.00 – GBP 250.00 per day
* Contract: Temporary
About the Role
You will manage a medium to large scale development, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, safety, and project delivery on high‑quality new build homes and communities across Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
* Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, company policies, and quality control procedures.
* Manage the project build programme, monitoring progress against the timeline and budget, and proactively addressing any issues.
* Conduct regular site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
* Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and progress reports for the Project Manager/Contracts Manager.
* Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on high‑volume residential new‑build housing or apartment schemes in the UK.
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certification.
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, quality assurance processes, and construction methodologies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
