Position Summary
This is an excellent opportunity to join Hilton's Europe Revenue Management team at the Regional headquarters in Watford, with a hybrid work approach. The Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) manages revenue for over 340 hotels across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, with a diverse team of over 100 members representing 30 nationalities, offering world-class revenue management talent and tools.
This role offers career growth opportunities within RMCC, potential transfers to other departments, or hotel-based roles worldwide.
The Commercial Analyst will focus on maximizing revenue, market share, and profits through strategic revenue management processes. Responsibilities include delivering reliable reporting to stakeholders and driving departmental innovation through project work to enhance team capabilities.
What are we looking for?
* Practical experience in Data and Analytics
* Advanced Excel skills, strong numeracy and analytical abilities
* Experience with data manipulation using VBA, Python, or SQL
* Ability to create and distribute reports regularly
* Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to introduce change and improve tools, processes, and procedures
* Strong soft skills: active listening, trust-building, confidence, empowerment
* Resilient, self-organized, capable of working under time constraints and managing multiple priorities
