We are in search of a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Digital Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding Knowledge Solutions team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to delve into the world of big data and contribute towards our mission of delivering critical insights to our global clients in the Agri-Food sectors.
Please note: this role is a Fixed Term Contract covering Maternity Leave.
What you’ll be doing
* Proactively generate new leads and account penetration via cold calling, email/LinkedIn marketing, and networking.
* Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers and prospects.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service, proactively addressing client needs.
* Revive and cultivate relationships with lapsed clients.
* Collaborate with our sales partners/agents in the UK, US, and Australia.
* Work in conjunction with other business units to promote our products and ensure seamless customer transactions.
* Become a trusted product expert and a pivotal point of contact for customers.
What we’re looking for
* Strong understanding of the sales process, with a proven track record in lead generation and closing sales.
* Experience with social media marketing and online sales lead generation, particularly LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Familiarity with corporate tools, especially CRM systems.
* Experience in a customer-facing role within a technology/digital/data company.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of subscription services and/or web-based services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Driven, results-oriented mindset with a strong eagerness to close deals.
