Youll work with a diverse client base across a broad mix of Employment matters, taking on both contentious and non contentious work. Youll also play an active role in business development, helping to strengthen and expand the teams profile.</p><h3>What youll be doing:</h3><ul><li>Advising clients across a wide range of sectors on varied Employment law issues</li><li>Handling both advisory and litigation-focused matters</li><li>Drafting, negotiating, and supporting on key documentation</li><li>Getting involved in marketing and BD initiatives to help grow the practice</li></ul><h3>Youll ideally have:</h3><ul><li>Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales with around 0-3 years PQE</li><li>Solid grounding in Employment law</li><li>Confident drafting and negotiation abilities</li><li>Strong communication skills and a team focused mindset</li><li>A proactive, client centred approach and the ability to manage your own workload</li></ul><h3>Why Join?</h3><p>This is a great opportunity to build your career within a supportive, ambitious team working with high profile clients.
