What you’ll be doing
* Update the HR system with salary changes, promotions, leavers, and joiners and issues relevant paperwork
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in line with data protection requirements.
* Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and managing the HR inbox ensuring timely responses.
* Support payroll and benefits administration. Complete payroll sheets.
* Respond to internal HR-related queries and requests.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
* Conduct pre-employment Right to Work in the UK checks via Experian.
* Assist with various HR projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
