We are seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for our client's new residential development in Boston to start on Thursday 24th July for 7 days holiday cover. The successful applicant must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding. You will have a track record of effectively managing (or assisting with the management of) residential developments, and producing high quality new homes on programme, and to meet the needs of our valued customers. You will possess current relevant health & safety and site management qualifications (although our client is always prepared to improve the skills and qualifications of all their employees). Our client is one of the leading new home developers in Lincolnshire. They enjoy an enviable reputation for building quality new homes on attractive well designed developments varying in size from c30 units up to 500 units. The company continues to grow in a planned and sustainable way, and we are looking to appoint an experienced, driven and ambitious Site Manager to help them deliver their expansion plans, and meet customer expectations.
