Are you an experienced customer service professional passionate about delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes and lead our customer service and aftercare function. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our homeowners have a smooth and positive experience from handover through to post-completion support.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full customer service and aftercare process across developments
*
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer service team
*
Be the main escalation point for customer enquiries and complaints
*
Coordinate defect logging, tracking, and resolution with site teams and contractors
*
Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
*
Ensure compliance with warranty and quality standards
*
Produce performance reports for senior management
About You
*
Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, ideally within property, construction or a related sector
*
Strong leadership and team management skills
*
Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving ability
*
Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*
Customer-centric mindset with a professional approach
*
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
