Brand Trainer / Sales Executive – London
£30–33k + Company Car + £4k Bonus + Benefits
We’re recruiting a Brand Trainer to join a leading tobacco manufacturer in a field-based role across London. This is an excellent entry-level sales opportunity, ideal for career changers or candidates from retail or hospitality who enjoy engaging with people.
You’ll visit cash & carry environments, selling directly to retailers and training store staff on how to recommend and sell the brand portfolio. The role combines sales, brand advocacy, and in-store training, helping to drive visibility, awareness, and product uptake.
Key responsibilities:
• Selling products to retailers in cash & carry outlets
• Training store staff to confidently sell the brands
• Supporting launches and in-store promotions
• Building relationships with store teams
• Managing your London territory and reporting activity
What we’re looking for:
• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting people
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Organised and self-motivated
• Full UK driving licence
