Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow Manage administrative staff and coordinate with field teams Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Liaise with insurance companies, contractors, and clients Handle incoming communications and schedule appointments Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies Manage office stationery and supplies Manage onboarding of new employees and ensuring they have the correct tools to lead to their success What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software A proactive, problem-solving mindset Experience in the insurance or construction sector is a plus.
