Working for a large public service organisation with Headquarters based in Carmarthen. The organisation offers parking for staff and is accessible via some public transport routes.
Your new role
* Maintaining electronic filing systems and staff records
* Coordination of the services employee benefit schemes, work experience placements and identity cards/badges
* Record and provide information/answers to routine enquiries on HR matters via the HR support desk
* Ensure relevant departments are notified of new starters, transfers, promotions throughout the service
* Coordinate/undertake scanning and filing duties with regard to personnel records, general upkeep of archiving of the filing systems
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous administration or HR admin experience
* You must be able to communicate in the medium of Welsh.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
* Access to offices in Carmarthen - role mainly office-based
What you'll get in return
* Temporary role for 3 months with possible extension
* £14.09 per hour
